Service Engineer - Gas & Boilers Location: Oxford Salary: 20-24 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent
About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our established heating and gas services team in Oxford. This role offers an excellent opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out service, maintenance, and repairs on domestic gas boilers and heating systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex heating system faults
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide professional customer service and technical advice to clients
- Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Gas Safe registration essential
- Proven experience servicing and maintaining domestic gas boilers
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence
- ACS qualifications
