What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the launch and day-to-day operation of the Oxford site
- Building and developing a passionate, high-performing team
- Delivering knockout customer experiences every single time
- Managing all aspects of operations—P&L, stock, labour, and team performance
- Being the face of the site and championing the brand culture from the ground up
- Bringing energy, leadership, and a genuine love of hospitality What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR, casual dining, or food-led venues
- Experience launching new sites or managing teams through openings
- Hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to get stuck in
- Strong understanding of the commercial side—P&L, rotas, margins, etc.
- A passion for quality food, great service, and positive team culture

- Salary up to £55,000 OTE
