Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of food and drink offerings, working closely with the kitchen to develop menus and seasonal specials.
  • Ensure the pub operates within budget, monitoring finances, stock levels, and performance metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth through creative marketing, promotions, and community engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and the local community.
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety, legal, and licensing requirements.
  • Take ownership of maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
