Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant with After School Club Management Experience
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only (with opportunities for extra hours)

We are seeking a skilled EYFS Teaching Assistant with experience managing after-school clubs to join our welcoming and forward-thinking school in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This role combines supporting EYFS pupils in their development with managing the planning and delivery of engaging after-school activities.

• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

• Proven experience as an EYFS Teaching Assistant with a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
• Experience in managing after-school clubs or similar programs (essential).
• A proactive and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2, Level 3 Childcare or equivalent).
