The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Has a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Demonstrates a genuine passion for children's well-being and safeguarding
- Brings enthusiasm, warmth, energy, and a good sense of humour
- Possesses excellent behaviour management, organisational, and communication skills
- Sets high expectations for pupils and actively participates in the wider school community
