Our well known client based just outside Bicester is looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Team Member to be part of something special! They are looking for someone who has experience in carrying out grounds and maintenance tasks to a high standard. You may have planned and delivered annual routine maintenance tasks as well as general gardening tasks. You will enjoy interacting with guests and working in a customer-service environment. Most importantly you will be self-motivated and have experience of working in a team to support your colleagues to deliver. Planting of park planters and bedding areas, together with pruning and maintenance of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to seasonal schedules Watering of hanging baskets, hayracks and summer bedding Ensuring park grounds. Roadways, paths, bins, bin bays and public areas are clean and free from litter and loose debrisMaintain and repair all fencing, trellis work, walls and signage, etcCompleting daily site walks and having active guest interactionWorking collaboratively across the whole park teamMonday - Friday: 7am - 5pm Our team guarantees complete confidentiality and will never submit candidates’ details or share them with a third party without first obtaining their permission.
