We are working in partnership with a successful and growing business in Oxford who are recruiting for a Sales Representative to join their team.
As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and cold calling and setting up meetings for the business development team.

Key responsibilities will include:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Research potential new business and build a pipeline of qualified prospects
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Cold call, develop sales emails and track via social media
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Conduct exploratory calls to understand prospects pain points
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop strong relationships with prospects, ensuring the business development team are well equipped to follow up.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Schedule meetings for the business development team to conduct
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects on CRM system
-         Work towards KPI’s for lead generation and outreach activity
We are looking for a confident individual with at least 1 year experience in a sales/ business development role.
The salary on offer is £30,000 + 10% performance bonus.
