We have registered an excellent temporary opportunity providing essential Reception support to the front of house team of one of our excellent local Clients.

If you are customer focussed, professional and enthusiastic, with proven experience working on a corporate reception desk, this could be the ideal role for you!

The role has an imminent start and will be ongoing for at least two months.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

The working hours are 8am to 6pm with an unpaid lunchbreak.

Temporary Receptionist Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Meeting, greeting and registering customers, including offering refreshments
  • Post and courier management
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Ensuring the housekeeping and cleanliness of the customer areas is excellent
  • Communicating with other teams as needed

The Location

This position is based in offices in OX2. There is parking available on site.
