Location: Headington - OxfordWorking hours: 40 hours per weekSalary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.Our client is looking for a Head of Cleaning to ensure the contract requirements and key performance indicators for services are met and that the operation team strives and exceeds expectations through first-class management delivery. The Head of Cleaning will play a critical role in various contract decision-making through the detailed production of client and internal reporting and various information production.It will be the responsibility of the Head of Cleaning to ensure that services are effective and efficient, value for money and in accordance with contract. You will proactively work independently or collectively to develop the team to achieve their KPIs and continually update / improve the requirements needed to maintain a high level. In addition to this, you will work closely with various client-facing roles and other stakeholders to execute their role effectively. Creates a network of stakeholders and collaborates on a regular basis to achieve their goals as well as organise, divide and delegate work load into manageable activities, dependent on expertise/ area of focus whilst tracking completion levels to achieve the desired. In addition to this, you will be responsible for all staffing related activities, ensuring the effective deployment of staff within budgetary constraints to provide the contracted services.What you'll need to succeed

  • Have strong standards of both literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence people at all levels.
  • The ability to maintain strong working relationships at all levels with confidence and credibility to challenge and influence individual thinking.
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage costs and ensure budgets are met.
  • Experience in a similar role.
