BramahHR are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our wonderful client. The HR Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the HR Team and this position is designed for individuals who are adept at managing various administrative tasks, utilising HR software systems, and effectively communicating across departments. The HR Officer will be instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring that the organisation's human resource needs are met.

Duties:

  • Manage and maintain employee records using HR software
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication regarding staffing needs and resource allocation.
  • Support with absence management and monitoring sickness
  • Support staff welfare and employee engagement
  • Manage exit interviews and reporting
  • Support the HR team with any adhoc work
  • Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for all personnel files.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources or a related administrative role is preferred.
  • CIPD or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
