HR Administrator Opportunity with Leading Life Science Company!We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic life science company, spun out from the University of Oxford, for an experienced HR Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and innovative team.

As HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain personnel records
  • Help prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Help to create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Support to address employee queries on HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a confidential environment and with data protection
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with a strong continuous improvement mentality
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
