What’s Required?
For this HR Director position, we’re looking for candidates with:

-           Significant experience as a HR Director / HR Partner, ideally working for a remote/hybrid company
-           Experience working in a growing organisation, ideally a technology company
-           Knowledge of Spain’s employment law, would really set your application apart!
-           Great attention to detail, organisation, and planning skills
-           People skills and ability to build strong relationships, working within a remote, dispersed team
