HR Manager - Oxford We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our UK leading Facilities Management client working in a Healthcare environment. This role involves leading HR operations for the onsite workforce and contingent workers on site totalling to 600 colleagues.What are the main responsibilities?You will develop strong relationships with managers and the Trust, to enhance line managers' abilities through training and coaching, and provide sound counsel on all people-related issues and strategies. You will support complex employee relations issues, ensure service levels across HR functions are met, and coach managers to align decisions with Trust policies and procedures. You will also:

  • Proactively manage performance and contribute to talent management.
  • Drive cultural change and engagement programs, collaborate with management on workforce planning.
  • Lead HR projects that contribute to strategic business operations, including TUPE and Consultations
  • Oversee absence management processes and work with third-party partners and specialist service teams
  • Review and support commercial projects across the healthcare estate

What are we looking for?You will have experience working within a healthcare environment within an operational HR position either directly for a Trust or for a third party service provider.You will be a confident, upbeat leader and have the ability to remain calm and positive under pressure. They should have empathy for all working on site and hold a desire to succeed through the success of the team. You will also hold:

  • Effective time management
  • Comfort with data and finance
  • Clear written and spoken communication skills
  • CIPD Level 3 - 7 is very desirable
