We are partnering with a leading company in the innovation sector to recruit an experienced and adaptable HR Generalist on a Fixed Term basis for six months, with the potential to extend further.
This role is pivotal in shaping the HR function and ensuring the development of a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture across global operations.
Day-to-day of the role:- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with performance appraisals, feedback processes, and improvement plans, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies across different countries, maintaining up-to-date HR documentation.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other incentives.
- HR Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Lead company culture initiatives and employee engagement activities to promote a motivated and inclusive work environment.
- Offboarding & Exit Interviews: Manage the offboarding process, conducting exit interviews to gather feedback and continuously improve the employee experience.
- Global HR Strategy Support: Work closely with leadership to implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive company growth.
- Experience in a HR Generalist role, ideally within a fast-paced, start-up/scale-up environment.
- Experience supporting HR initiatives across multiple countries/regions, including visa and immigration legislation and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and provide HR advice.
- Capability to manage and lead HR projects and initiatives.
- High proficiency in Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Gmail.
- Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems to manage employee data and run reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
