Description
- Provide HR guidance and support to all staff within the organisation.
- Implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support recruitment processes by assisting with job descriptions, interviews and selection.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
- Manage employee relations and onboarding and exit processes.
- Conduct regular performance and salary reviews.

- A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
- Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
