Client Details

I'm delighted to be partnering exclusively with one of the Oxford University departments, who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Consultant during a transition phase. You will work closely with the project team and senior leadership to deliver on the set up of a brand new, state of the art conference centre.

Description

This role will see you supporting on all change management activity relating to the opening of the new site, including strategic work force planning, restructuring, job evaluation, TUPE and policy management. The aim of this role is to ensure that a smooth transition is facilitated and that the current way of working is improved and refined to reflect the capability of the new centre.

Profile

In order to be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience working on Organisation Design programmes
  • A strong background in HR roles, particularly working with SLTs and influencing change
  • Level 7 CIPD
  • Ability to travel to Oxford twice per week
  • Availability to start on short notice
  • Experience working within the Education/ Higher Education sector

Job Offer

This role is an interim assignment, and you will be paid a competitive day rate by submitting weekly time sheets.
