Job title: Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you'll be the key contact for regional clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, relationship management, and growth. You'll work across multiple teams-including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales & Innovation-to drive engagement, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to healthcare providers.
?? What You'll Be Doing:
? Building strong relationships with clients and NHS stakeholders
? Developing growth strategies and identifying new opportunities
? Handling objections and problem-solving to meet client needs
? Monitoring data and reporting on trends, risks, and success stories
? Delivering presentations and supporting client communications
? Working collaboratively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
?? What We're Looking For:
?? Previous Account Management experience in a fast-paced environment
?? Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail
?? Ability to interpret and analyse data (Excel skills a plus!)
?? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
?? Confident in presenting both in-person and via video conferencing
?? A proactive, results-driven, and positive attitude
