The Role

As an IT Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the organisation's technology needs. Responsibilities include:
. Monitoring and responding to IT helpdesk queries promptly.
. Assisting with IT inductions and training for new team members.
. Managing and updating IT equipment, software, and tools.
. Liaising with third-party suppliers and ensuring seamless communication.
. Identifying and implementing system improvements.
. Supporting offices across the region with occasional travel.
