The Role

The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • providing first line support on technical queries and issues raised
  • work closely with 3rd parties and partners to help troubleshoot issues
  • investigate tickets that have been raised
  • support with CRM configuration and administration
  • data analysis of large data sets, identifying trends and patterns within the data, as well as work on data improvements and enhancements

About you

Applicants for the Application Support Analyst will have:

  • prior experience gained in a similar application, help desk, service desk, software support role
  • good data analytics skills (coupled with strong Excel skills - e.g. Pivot Tables, V-Lookups etc.)
  • preferably have experience with CRM software
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • a relevant degree (or equivalent) with a strong interest and understanding of technology
