IT Support Administrator

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Please note, this is a Hybrid position, with 2-3 days per week on-site in Oxford.

IT Support Administrator – Key Skills:

  • Responsible for the administration of telephony, mobile telephony, infrastructure (MPLS, switches, SD-WAN, general)
  • Manage the maintenance of conference facilities and the corporate network
  • Carry out IT inductions to new staff, and refresher training
  • Image and deployment of company laptops and assets
  • Asset management and support
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Administration of access rights
  • Implement technology to deliver more effective operations
  • Support the resident business employees
  • Responsible for asset lifecycle management
  • Administration of IT services
  • Support users with software products
  • Solid IT education (technical IT college, university, or similar education)
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Previous experience within an administrative and/or customer service front line support role is essential
  • Previous experience within an IT related business area is desirable
  • Knowledge of hardware advantageous
