Robert Half Technology have partnered exclusively with a fast-growing technology business based near Oxford city centre to recruit an IT Support Analyst, acting as the sole point of contact for all IT queries. This is a varied role where you will be end-user facing providing 1st line support across core desktop technologies and bespoke applications. This role offers a great opportunity to further develop your Cyber Security skills!

The Role

As the IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users requiring technical assistance. Your role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving various technical issues. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for IT support queries, providing solutions via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Log and document all support requests in our ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Assist with setting up new user accounts, hardware, and software.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides.
  • Monitor and prioritise tasks to meet agreed SLAs.

About You

  • Previous experience working in an IT Service Desk
  • Strong understanding of MS365, InTune, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Ability to comply with security standards such as Cyber Essentials, ISO27001
  • Fantastic customer service skills
