Project Manager - Outside IR35

Our client is urgently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 12 months with a view to extend.

Please note, the role is OUTSIDE of IR35. The position is hybrid and will involve 2-3 days per week in their London or Oxford offices.

The Project Manager will play a key role in a large transformation programme, ensuring that multiple external systems and third-party environments are effectively managed, coordinated, and available when required. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex integrations, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth releases in a fast-paced environment.

Project Manager – Key Skills:

• Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects focused on transforming the customer experience, with an emphasis on Salesforce and Release Management
• Coordinate external systems and third parties to ensure environments are available, aligned, and prepared for releases
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring delivery against milestones, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee release schedules and manage dependencies across teams, ensuring minimal disruption and smooth transitions
• Ensure effective stakeholder management, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and partners
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues related to release processes and third-party systems integration
• Provide regular updates to senior management, keeping them informed on project status, risks, and key decisions
• Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring all parties are aligned on goals and deliverables

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong Release Management experience, ideally with Salesforce as a key platform
• Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multiple external systems and third-party vendors
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, with a focus on delivery and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Strong understanding of environment management and system dependencies in a Salesforce ecosystem
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be an advantage
