The Role:We are seeking a skilled SeniorIT Support Engineer to provide 2nd and 3rd line support while taking a hands-on role in key IT projects. You will play a pivotal part in the migration of our on-premises technology to an Azure cloud environment, followed by ongoing support and additional project work to enhance and optimize our systems. This hybrid role combines technical expertise with a focus on collaboration, providing you with the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day operations and transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 2nd and 3rd line support for IT systems and users across the organization.
  • Lead and participate in the migration of on-premises systems to Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and implement IT solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure business continuity.
  • Provide ongoing support for Azure cloud environments and related technologies.
  • Contribute to project work aimed at improving IT systems and processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' IT Support experience.
  • Proven experience in 2nd and 3rd line IT support roles.
  • Strong technical skills with Azure cloud and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Experience with system migrations, particularly on-prem to cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
