We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a small educational institute in Oxford, focusing on transforming the learning process through AI tools software. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, and possesses a positive energy towards innovative educational environments.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Input data and manage information flow between software engineers and college tutors.
  • Support the implementation and administration of AI tools within the learning process.
  • Provide blended learning administrative support to college tutors.
  • Work independently on days dedicated to data input and system management.
  • Collaborate with the SLT IT Company on uploading and managing ISAM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrator, preferably within an educational or tech-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and software used in educational settings.
  • Strong organisational and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical staff.
