Senior Systems DeveloperSenior Systems Developer with expertise in SQL / API Integrations / MS Power Platform required to join our Client based near to Wantage, Reading and Oxford. You will report to their Senior Project Manager and Dev Team Lead, working within a small development team playing a crucial role in the development and enhancement of their internal systems.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and enhancement of systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Work with project stakeholders to define requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
Oversee all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.
Develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform as needed.
Utilize in-depth experience with SQL and API integrations to create robust solutions.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols, particularly in cloud environments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Systems Developer.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and API integrations.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders.
