As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Provide 1st line support by troubleshooting and resolving common technical issues related to computing system, hardware, and software applications.
* Assist senior team members with investigating and resolving technical problems.
* Support IT projects.
* Learn and apply IT best practices.
The successful IT Support Engineer will have the following related skills / experience:
* 1-2 years of technical support experience or relevant IT / Computer science qualification.
* Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and common software applications.
* Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
* Good communication skills.
