Project Support Engineer - Intune
Day rate: £300 Inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Start Time: ASAP
Location: Oxford - 5 days a week
We are actively looking for a Project Support Engineer to provide first class support to a Biotech business based in Oxford. As the Project Support Engineer you will help lead a rollout of Intune and provide BAU activities. The Project Support Engineer will work closely with the management team to continuously improve the levels of service. You'll be proactive with your approach to work and be able to plan and execute project-based tasks.
The Project Support Engineer will need to be a self-starter, an excellent collaborator with technical documentation skills that can be shared with senior management and 3rd parties.
Key skills for the Project Support Engineer:
- Previous experience with Intune rollouts.
- Able to act as an escalation point within a support function.
- ITIL Certified - desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Proactive and a self starter.
- Must be able to be onsite in Oxford 5 days a week.
