Assembly Operative Responsibilities:
  • Assembling aerospace components using hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches)
  • Conducting quality checks on your own work
  • Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions
  • Accurately recording work in ERP software (SAP)
  • Maintaining safe working practices at all times
Requirements:
  • Confident using a range of hand tools (any considered)
  • Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
  • Comfortable working with workshop equipment
  • Able to interpret basic engineering drawings or diagrams
  • Solid understanding of health & safety in a production environment
