A local government client is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor for a temporary 3-month contract, with potential for extension.
The role requires supervision of a busy kitchen serving over 300 meals per day, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 2:30pm.
Candidates must have proven knowledge of legislation and hygiene procedures, with Food Hygiene Level 2 and 3 certifications required.
Strong customer service skills are also necessary for this position.

One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisoron a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm.

Job Description:

Skilled in supervising/managing a team in a busy kitchen.

300+ meal per day.

Proven knowledge of all legislation and hygiene procedures.

Food Hygiene level 2&3 required.

Proven customer service skills.
