Data Acquisition Engineer / Near Stadhampton, Oxfordshire / Up to £40,000Are you passionate about testing, calibration, and maintaining cutting-edge equipment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Acquisition Engineer to join our aerospace client’s team in Stadhampton.The RoleYou will work closely with testing operatives and manage testing chambers to ensure calibration is up-to-date while monitoring and addressing wear and tear. Additionally, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Dewesoft software (data capture) and testing equipment maintenance, driving high standards of quality and efficiency.Data Acquisition Engineer Responsibilities:• Manage testing chambers and ensure proper calibration schedules.• Identify and action wear and tear issues promptly.• Operate and maintain Deweoft software and other test equipment.• Work from CAD drawings from a production perspective• Collaborate with testing operatives to streamline operations and ensure process compliance.Data Acquisition Engineer Profile:• Degree in Mechanical Engineering • Experience with test data capture and analysis software.• Strong understanding of equipment calibration and maintenance.• Experienced with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.• Excellent organisational and communication skills.Application Process: We aim to respond to all applicants within 5 working days.
