We are currently working with a well-respected, independent town planning consultancy based in the heart of Oxford, and they're looking to welcome a Graduate Town Planner to their growing team.



About the Role:

You'll be joining a close-knit and collaborative team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of planning work, from preparing planning applications and appeals to engaging with clients and local authorities.

The consultancy offers excellent APC support, direct mentorship from senior professionals, and a clear pathway for progression. You'll be involved in real projects from day one and encouraged to contribute ideas, learn fast, and grow your expertise in a dynamic environment.



What We're Looking For:

  • A degree (or master's) in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited)

  • A genuine interest in the UK planning system and development process

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and get stuck in
