Senior Planner

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and delivering complex planning applications and appeals

Essential Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
- Chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or working towards it
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
