An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architectural Technologist with 3 years' PQE to join a well-established architectural practice. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a salary range of £32,000 - £40,000.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in the detailing and delivery phases of architectural projects, ensuring that the highest technical standards are maintained and that all work complies with UK building regulations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Contributing to the development and delivery of architectural projects, ensuring a high standard of technical excellence.
  • Leading and supporting the detailing and delivery stages (RIBA Stages 4 and 5) of various projects.
  • Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to manage and coordinate complex construction projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations, industry standards, and the Building Safety Act.
  • Managing Contractor Design Portions (CDP) and working closely with specialist subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as an Architectural Technologist, Architect, Architectural Technician or in a similar role.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in architectural technology.
  • Expertise in RIBA Stages 4 and 5, with a strong focus on detailed design and project delivery.
  • Experience working with Contractor Design Portions (CDP) and collaborating with specialist subcontractors.
  • CIAT or ARB registration.
  • Solid understanding of complex construction coordination.
  • Thorough knowledge of UK building regulations, industry standards, and the Building Safety Act.
  • Ability to manage complex building projects while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of consultants.
