This role will involve working on a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations, including global pharma, medtech, research institutes, and universities. The workload will be varied and will cover (but not limited to) IP licensing and partnering transactions, clinical trial arrangements and research collaborations, commercial contracts (supply, manufacturing, promotional), IP protection and regulatory issues, data protection and compliance and due diligence for corporate transactions in life sciences.THE CANDIDATE:You will have 5+ years’ post-qualification experience from a leading law firm or in-house environment, with strong commercial law skills and a proven track record of working with life sciences businesses.
