The Commercial Solicitor will hold the following responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on a range of commercial matters.
- Manage and develop relationships with clients.
- Negotiate, draft and review various types of contracts.
- Handle complex transactions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
Profile
The successful Commercial Solicitor should have:
- 5-8 years PQE
- Proven experience in Commercial/IP/Technology law.
- Excellent drafting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
