About the Role:Joining our contentious probate team, you'll be primarily based in our Oxford office, supporting our talented team in the Thames Valley. This permanent position is ideal for solicitors with 2- 6 years PQE who are eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior team members by managing aspects of cases and meeting deadlines.
- Take ownership of your own caseload, working under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Build credibility and develop client relationships by managing expectations effectively.
- Support the team in business development and marketing activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with a passion for law.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience with contested wills and probate is essential.
- Desirable: ACTAPS or working towards this qualification.
- Strong ability to manage your own files independently.
- High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent client management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- A keen interest in business development and marketing.
