Your Responsibilities:
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor, you will:
- Manage cases involving will disputes, Inheritance Act claims and estate challenges or defences
- Provide expert guidance in disputes concerning trustee actions, deputyship issues, financial abuse and professional negligence claims
- Help clients navigate complex litigation processes with empathy and precision
