- Handling a full range of employment law work, including advising clients within the education sector, Police Federation work, and both claimant (senior executive) and respondent matters.
- Contributing to corporate support projects and working within the Education Sector group and Business Services Division.
- Participating actively in business development initiatives and representing the firm positively at all times.
- Providing high-quality, commercially focused legal advice while adhering to professional standards and ethics.
- A qualified solicitor (or due to qualify by March 2025) or equivalent (e.g., barrister or FILEX).
- Strong technical knowledge of employment law and a willingness to learn and explore innovative solutions.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector (desirable).
- An entrepreneurial approach to business development and client engagement, with the confidence to undertake limited advocacy and deliver training sessions.
