The role will involve working closely with the head of department to advise on clinical trial arrangements, IP licensing and protection, partnering transactions, research collaborations, promotional arrangements, regulatory issues within the life sciences sector, data protection, commercial contracts, and due diligence for corporate and commercial transactions.THE CANDIDATE:The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained from a leading law firm or in-house environment, with a strong background in life sciences, solid technical expertise, and a commercially minded approach.
