- Work alongside other Partners with Tier 1, Magic, and Silver circle backgrounds.Â
- Managing a broad and complex commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and secured lending.
- Acting for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, financial institutions, and corporate occupiers.
- Advising on property finance, land agreements, planning issues, and large-scale transactions.
- Driving business development, networking, and client relationship management to grow the firm’s commercial property offering.
- A qualified Solicitor with 10+ years’ PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong experience handling high-value, complex transactions independently.
- A proven track record in leadership, and business development.
- Excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking.
