This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work in a collaborative environment, managing their own caseload and contributing to the team's growth through business development initiatives.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will handle a variety of private client work files, delivering high-quality legal advice with commercial insight to meet client expectations. As part of the team, you'll also contribute to business development, raising both your own and the firm's profile through relationship building, marketing activities, and networking.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and client management experience, along with a focus on high-quality service delivery. We are looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor or FILEX with experience in Private Client law.
- STEP qualified or studying towards STEP.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills, capable of managing files with minimal supervision
- Excellent client management skills, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding client service.
- An interest in business development, marketing, and a proactive approach to enhancing the department's profile
