A well reputed high street practice in Oxfordshire are seeking a 7+ years PQE Private Client Solicitor to join the Oxford office.

The ideal candidate will handle a caseload dealing with:

• Will drafting, to include complex and living
• Probate
• Estate planning
• Family inheritance/Capital Gains Tax
• Inheritance tax planning
• Trusts
• Elderly care
• Lasting powers of attorney

There is an existing caseload of work to pick up and the firm can largely rely on a dedicated client base offering repeat business and referrals.

You will be supported by a full-time private client legal assistant.

Salary: Attractive and market rate depending on PQE.
