Our client, a well-regarded law firm, has partnered with us to find an experienced property litigation solicitor for their established Property Disputes team based in the Thames Valley. This role is a prime opportunity to work with a team dedicated to real estate disputes, serving both residential and large commercial clients across the UK.Role OverviewThis position will see you taking on a varied caseload that spans residential and commercial property disputes. You'll play a crucial role in providing commercially sound, high-quality legal advice and in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Additionally, there's scope to contribute to business development, enhancing the firm's reputation in this area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a range of property dispute cases and supporting on complex matters.
- Building and managing client relationships with a focus on managing expectations and providing excellent service.
- Offering guidance and support to junior team members on technical and general matters.
- Assisting in the marketing and business development of the department's services.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and client management skills, combined with a commitment to service excellence. We're looking for:
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE
- Prior experience in property litigation is essential, ideally with knowledge of specialisms like service charge disputes, TOLATA claims, or property-related professional negligence.
- Ability to independently manage cases and support junior colleagues effectively
- A strong interest in business development and marketing, with a proactive approach to contributing to the team's growth.
