This firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a dynamic team in Oxford. This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, work closely with clients and contribute to the continued success of our firm. You will be responsible for managing residential property transactions from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and lease extensions
  • Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on residential property matters
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lender, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Conduct due diligence including title checks, searches and drafting contracts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, delivering excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law
  • Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes and property law
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality legal services and client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with case management systems and legal software
