An established law firm in Oxfordshire is looking to expand its Oxford premises. As part of the firm’s succession planning, it is seeking a Solicitor that specialises in all aspects of residential property conveyancing work to head up the Residential Property department.
This firm has a formidable reputation and an extensive network of professional contacts in the local area, offering you a broad range of property-related legal work for private clients.Â
The role will require you to oversee a team of 4 residential property fee earners as well as managing your own residential property caseload.
This is an award-winning firm that is really going places, so this role would suit someone who is aspirational and personable. You will be highly skilled at business development and marketing, and there are Partnership and Equity Partnership prospects here.
Salary up to £70,000-£100,000 for the right candidate.
