About the Role:A leading law firm is seeking an experienced fee earner with 2 to 8 years PQE to join its respected Residential Property, Farms, and Estates team in Oxford. This position offers flexibility in title—Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate—depending on experience, and provides an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional aiming to advance their career within a client-focused, collaborative firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload independently, handling transactions and client matters efficiently
  • Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations around outcomes, timelines, and costs

  • Enhance the team’s profile through participation in networking events, publications, and speaking engagements
