We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Legal Secretary based in Oxford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more. Summary of the Legal Secretary role

Responsibilities of theLegal Secretary

  • Document management.
  • Transcribing and proof-reading written correspondence including emails.
  • Audio typing.
  • Scanning, paginating and photocopying.
  • Minute taking.
  • Some PA duties including travel arrangements.

Requirements for a successful Legal Secretary

  • Previous Secretarial experience within the Legal sector is essential.
  • Strong IT and document management skills including numbering and amending legal documentation. 
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Well organised with excellent time management. 
  • Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
