We are pleased to be working with our client seeking a Legal Secretary based in Oxford for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established Solicitor located across Leicester, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more.Â
Responsibilities of the Legal Secretary
- Document management.
- Transcribing and proof-reading written correspondence including emails.
- Audio typing.
- Scanning, paginating and photocopying.
- Minute taking.
- Some PA duties including travel arrangements.
Requirements for a successful Legal Secretary
- Previous Secretarial experience within the Legal sector is essential.
- Strong IT and document management skills including numbering and amending legal documentation.Â
- Excellent typing skills.
- Well organised with excellent time management.Â
- Able to organise and manage workload priorities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.

Summary of the Legal Secretary roleÂ
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Location: Oxford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hour working week Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
