Bell Cornwall is pleased to be supporting one of our biggest clients in Birmingham in their Oxford Office. A great opportunity to join a huge firm in their Employment/Corporate team. They are looking for an experienced Legal Personal Assistant who can hit the ground running to support a team which is extremely busy.

The Role:

  • Work as part of a team to provide professional support.
  • Operate with a high level of confidence and have a proactive, professional approach to deal with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues.
  • Plan and organise meetings, appointments as well as comprehensive diary management and travel bookings.
  • Ensuring all correspondence and work provided by the legal team is done to the highest standard and within deadlines.
  • Assisting with client queries and liaising with clients to discuss matters ranging from planning to priorities.
  • Ensuring all clients receive excellent service whilst acting as their main liaison point.
  • Creating PowerPoints and pitches to provide information.
  • Working alongside the team to complete general PA duties.

The ideal Legal Personal Assistant will have:

  • Previous experience as a PA/EA in a legal environment is necessary.
  • A good attention to detail and ability to complete work accurately is key.
  • Must have excellent communication skills as communication with clients, stakeholders and colleagues is a key part of the role.
  • The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in building relationships with internal and external individuals.
  • Confidence in meeting deadlines and managing workflow.
  • Ability to work, on a hybrid basis, from the Oxford office
