Role Essentials:- Manage administrative workload with guidance from fee earners- Provide comprehensive support including document production, file management, and client correspondence- Draft documents and bills, and undertake basic legal processes with supervision- Contribute to business development and marketing activities

Candidate Profile:- Proven experience in a Legal Assistant, Secretarial, or Administrative role- Desirable experience within Private Client services- Exceptional organisational skills with an aptitude for prioritising effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant IT platforms- Strong written communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service
